Shipping policy
Everything ships from the US. You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your order is on its way.
What it costs
United States: $10 flat, any order size.
International: we ship to Canada, the UK, most of Europe, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, South Korea, Singapore, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Israel, and the UAE. Rates are calculated at checkout based on where you are and what you're ordering. Any customs duties or import taxes are the customer's responsibility.
How long it takes
It depends on the piece:
- Hats - in stock and ready. Packed and shipped the same or next business day, then 3-5 days in transit.
- Hoodies and longsleeves - printed for you after you order. 2-7 business days to make, then 3-5 days in transit. Usually about a week to ten days total.
- Tees - made to order by our producer. 3-7 business days to make, shipping no later than the 8th business day, then 5-7 days in transit. Figure one to two weeks.
International orders take longer in transit. Your exact estimate shows at checkout.
Made-to-order pieces
Because printed pieces are made individually for you, we can't change or cancel an order once it's gone into production. Please double-check your size before checking out.
Addresses
Check your shipping address at checkout. If a package comes back to us because the address was wrong or incomplete, we'll reship it once you cover the return postage.
Delays and lost packages
Once a package is with the carrier, delivery timing is out of our hands. If tracking hasn't moved in 5 business days, email Azrhyelbusiness@gmail.com and we'll help you chase it.
